Industry process flow
Workpiece heating → pre-baking (pre-baking 240℃-280℃ for 15 minutes) → soaking in dipping solution → picking up → curing and baking (180℃-200℃ for 10 minutes) → shaping → cooling → off the workpiece → inspection → storage.
Process introduction
Dipping is a heating process that includes metal preheating, dipping material, and curing. When dipping the material, the heated metal sticks to the surrounding material. The hotter the metal, the longer the dipping time and the thicker the material, Naturally, temperature and the shape of the dipping material are key in determining how much of the plastisol sticks. By dip molding, amazing shapes can be created.
Brief description
PVC dip is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixed with various additives and refined through multiple processes and is not flammable or explosive. The products dip-coated with PVC plastisol are colorful, with beautiful porcelain-like luster, strong adhesion, wear resistance, tensile resistance, heat resistance, high insulation, no shrinkage or cracking in winter and summer, good hand-feel, long service life, safe and reliable, and the performance indexes have reached or even exceeded the level of similar products in European, American, and Japanese high-grade plastic materials.
Performance
The products dip-coated with PVC plastisol have brilliant colors like porcelain with a beautiful luster, a smooth hand feel, a long service life, and particularly good protection and decoration effects.
Types
The PVC dip coating plastisol can be divided into five categories: glossy, matte, linen, transparent, and fluorescent; levels and colors can be deployed according to different requirements.
Usage
PVC dip coating can be widely used in hardware tool handles, wire hangers, hooks, electrical insulation materials, soft rubber sleeve rubber beans, valve handles, sports and fitness equipment, handicrafts, car (motorcycle) anti-theft lock sheaths, and more than 100 kinds of products, covering a thickness of 0.1–15mm.
Storage
It must be sealed, waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof, dust-proof, and explosion-proof.
